1)      LALGATE BRAND POLICY

All products that are purchased from us must be sold under the Lalgate brand identity. This is beneficial to you as a retailer as it takes the hassle out of merchandising the products in an eye-catching style. At Lalgate we have our own visual merchandising specialists that are able to help you incorporate our products and brand identity within your existing store concept and product range. It is our mutual aim to ensure that the customer is able to view the jewellery in a manner that attracts their attention and ultimately their purchase.

Lalgate will provide sufficient packaging FREE of charge for each jewellery purchase so that the customer is able to receive the best purchasing experience within your store. Lalgate will also provide FREE Lalgate authentication jewellery certificates for your customers.

 

2)      GUARANTEE

We wouldn't put up with damaged or faulty goods and we certainly don't expect you to. 
We have a very thorough quality checking system in place but from time to time an occasional fault may slip through, if so our no quibble guarantee ensures that you will receive a full refund for all damaged or faulty items providing they are returned to us within 5 working days, and in their original packaging and condition.

Refunds will be given after the returned item has been received and inspected. Please use registered post or recorded delivery and ensure that the jewellery piece(s) is bubble wrapped and boxed or returned within the original packaging when returning goods as it reduces the chances of packages being lost or incurring further damage in transit.

For health and safety reasons no returns are accepted for any individual pierced products or pierced products that are part of a jewellery set. This is with the exception of items that are deemed to be faulty and are returned within 5 working days.

3)      DELIVERY OF JEWELLERY

In most initial jewellery order cases we will try our best to hand deliver it to your store to ensure that the visual merchandising of the Lalgate brand and products is optimised and blended attractively within your store.

Lalgate will always endeavour to despatch your order to the delivery address supplied within 3 working days. If an item is temporarily unavailable for any reason, or has a longer lead time, then you will be notified of the revised despatch date. Your credit card will be debited prior to despatch of your order

DEPENDING ON THE SIZE OF YOUR ORDER WE WILL DO ALL WE CAN TO SUPPLY YOU AND CHARGE THE DELIVERY TO YOU AT COST PRICE THIS WILL BE ADDED ONTO YOUR ORDER VALUE AND ALL OUR JEWELLERY IS SENT RECORDED DELIVERY TO ENSURE SAFE AND SECURE DELIVERY

 

4)      MINIMUM ORDER VALUES

To introduce Lalgate as a brand to your store we suggest that you incorporate a range of our products and styles to ensure your consumer has a varied selection to choose from when interfacing with the Lalgate brand within your store.

We have set our minimum order quantity to £500 + VAT

5)      PAYMENT & PRICING

 

Payment

-          For all initial orders a minimum deposit of 50% of the order value is required from the retailer upon placing the order. Once the 50% has been received the order will be processed. The goods can be dispatched immediately subject to availability once the remaining 50% of the order value has been received

-          On subsequent orders retailers will be required to pay a deposit of 25% of the order value upon placing the order. Before the goods are dispatched to the retailer the remaining 75% of the order value must be received by Lalgate

It is important to us that we are fair and consistent with all of our customers within our payment terms. Once a relationship has been established between the retailer and Lalgate we may offer a credit account; this will be offered based upon the retailers payment history and is offered at the discretion of Lalgate.

Credit/Debit Cards

We accept most major credit and debit cards, including MasterCard, Visa, Switch, Solo and Delta. The company reserves the right to decline any order where there is a discrepancy in card details.

Please allow 10 working days from receipt and clearance of your cheque before your order is despatched.

Supply of Goods

Due to the nature and exclusivity of our product range we are unable to guarantee the availability of all products. If an item is no longer available, then you will be notified and given the opportunity to choose an alternative item or cancel your order for that item.

Pricing

The price you pay is the price shown in the checkout section of our website or the price quoted once requested at the time you place your order. If an error in pricing occurs, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Cancellation

All cancellations must be in writing and emailed to orders@lalgate.com or sent to 51 Pasture Close, Clayton, Bradford, WEST YORKSHIRE, BD14 6LY. Cancellations and refunds are up to the discretion of Lalgate once a decision has been made you shall be informed in writing of the outcome.

Errors & Omissions

Accessories by Lalgate Ltd cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions contained within the website. If a product you have ordered has as incorrect price due to an error we have made, we will notify you before delivery and give you the option of cancelling or altering your order.

 

6)      LALGATE PRODUCT PRICING POLICY

 

Lalgate will set the prices that the products and jewellery collections are to be retailed (RRP) at to ensure that retailers nationally are consistent with the price points. It is important to us that Lalgate retailers do not undercut each other. At Lalgate we do ensure that we do not supply to retailers that are situated within the same trading area as each other. Lalgate is an exclusive luxury brand and our retail prices do reflect this. It is also important that the customer does not feel offended if they find out that different prices are being charged for the same product; this policy also reinforces the credibility of the Lalgate brand and products.

 

7)      ONLINE TRADING POLICY

 

As Lalgate is an online retailer and wholesaler, it is important that YOU DO NOT RETAIL LALGATE JEWELLERY VIA YOUR WEBSITE. This is to protect the consumer and to prevent cannibalisation of sales via the Lalgate.com website. If you do wish to trade the products online Lalgate will review your request and you can only retail our brand and products online if we have given you WRITTEN CONFIRMATION.  

 

8)      LIABILITY

 

In the event of the buyer not receiving the goods within 14 days of placing the order, the seller must be notified within 3 days (via, email or writing) of the order date otherwise Lalgate will not accept liability.

 

In cases when an order has been deemed missing or delivery is late then the buyer will open an investigation with the relevant postal authority.

If the relevant postal authority confirms the parcel as late then the seller will keep the buyer up to date as to the whereabouts of his/her parcel, and liaise with the postal authority on the buyers behalf.

If the relevant postal authority has confirmed a parcel is missing then the seller will refund all monies to the buyer within 3 days of such notification.
